Dina Meyer was born and raised at Forest Hills Queens New York. Before she finished her junior year, she relocated out of Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. Dina Meyer is the younger sibling of Gregory as well as an older brother, named Evan. It was her first position in the industry. The model was employed from the age of 9 to 16. Her acting education began at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York in which she learned the acting skills of Sanford Meisner, in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock received similar training as did Michael Douglas and Jeff Goldblum. Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton and Diane Keaton are also among the actors who have received this type of training. Her first performance came with Beverly Hills 90210. This required her moving out in Los Angeles. After landing the lead role on Johnny Mnemonic where she did most of the stunts on herself, she positioned her self as an actor who is physically fit. With the help of her agent, who represents Matt LeBlanc she scored a role as a guest star on Friends.
